Neurosurgical Research Foundation Di - Aneurysm Survivor
Di and her family

Di needed emergency brain surgery, she had a cerebral aneurysm and during the surgery the effected vessel ruptured.

Di was extremely fortunate not to have suffered any irreparable damage or to have died.

Di returned to work but now has the most beautiful job imaginable - together with her husband raising our 2 very precious children.

If it wasn't for research into neurosurgery, I would not have had my gift of life and my children would not have had theirs.

Aneurysms can happen to anyone at anytime and up till recently kill many people.

Di is helping recruit schools and companies to have fun this April and to host a "Favourites" Morning Tea or "Favourites" Casual Day and asking them to take a Gold Coin Collection to raise money for neurosurgical life-saving research.

This luck family only exists today because Di's life was saved through neurosurgery and Claudia and Max are asking everyone to take part, raise money and help save more lives of the future.

Neurosurgery saves lives every day.
Tomorrow it could be yours.
Medical Research saves lives in the future.
