Christmas Lunch In The Park 2007

For over 30 years Mission Australia along with over 400 fantastic volunteers have provided Christmas Lunch in the Park for people of Perth looking for somewhere and someone to share Christmas Day with. Lunch and gifts are provided free of charge to all guests. 

This can be a very difficult time of the year for many people and we see this as an opportunity to offer support and friendship to those in need.  Last year we had over 2,000 guests and we expect to cater for around same this year.

This event has now become recognised as the largest Christmas charity event not only in Western Australia – but nationally and would not be possible without the help of our sponsors and volunteers.

Sponsorship opportunities are available from sponsoring a table right through to sponsoring the event.

Volunteers are needed both on the day and during the run up to Christmas and help with anything from gift wrapping, entertainment, ground staff, hosting tables to clean up.
